Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

All items are made to order using the personalisation details provided by the customer. Please ensure that all names, ages, dates, and spelling are correct before completing your purchase.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors in personalisation submitted by the customer.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement.

Please note:

- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and materials used.

- Minor variations may occur as all items are handmade.
