All items are made to order and personalised. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days before dispatch.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the postal service selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Northern Ireland: 1–3 working days
Rest of the United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
Europe: 5-7 working days
Rest of the world: 5-15 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Items
Once an item has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. If you believe your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
